On August 6, 2019, more than 20 entrepreneurs and alumni from the Sinology Association of the School of Overseas Education of Shanghai Jiao Tong University visited the firm, and the firm prepared lectures on the theme of "Tax Environment and Response", "Interpretation of the Policy of Science and Technology Innovation and Pilot Registration System" and "Interpretation of the Policy of High-tech Enterprises" according to the hot topics that the alumni are concerned about.

In the lecture session, first of all, Director Wu Weixia took "Tax Environment and Response" as the theme, and interpreted China's tax environment in recent years, including the impact of the third phase of the Golden Tax, big data cloud computing, CRS, etc., on enterprises, and put forward three steps on how enterprises should respond, that is, analyzing tax incentives, finding tax depressions, and designing taxes in advance.

The director concluded the sharing with the case of different shareholding structures in several common forms of shareholding, which have different tax implications. She reminded entrepreneurs to strengthen their awareness of tax risks in the process of operation, and to make full use of tax policies under the premise of legal compliance, reduce tax costs, and develop steadily.

Subsequently, Wang Tianping, senior manager of the project, shared the topic of high-tech enterprises. It involves the identification, cultivation, and preferential policies that high-tech enterprises can enjoy, as well as the planning arrangements before the declaration of high-tech enterprises.

After that, Mr. Hu Guomu, Managing Director of Guojin Securities Investment Bank, who was specially invited by the firm, introduced the past and present life of the Science and Technology Innovation Edition and the listing conditions and advantages of the Science and Technology Innovation Edition with the theme of "Interpretation of the Science and Technology Innovation Version and the Pilot Registration System Policy".
